All apparel products are made on order and can be returned or exchanged with any other products on the website within 14 days of delivery. However, since these products are made on order, they are not eligible for a refund.

All products in the accessories (bags and dupattas) category are made on order and can be returned or exchanged with any other products on the website within 14 days of delivery. However, since these products are made on order, they are not eligible for a refund.
All products in home category can not be returned or exchanged for any other products on the website in case of damage. Since these products are made on order, they are not eligible for a refund. We are not responsible for any damage that happens in transit and the cost will not be borne by Tjori.
All products on Clearance sale are not eligible for exchange or return.
Our personal care products have been created with organic and Ayurvedic ingredients to bring you joy. If you are unhappy with the products you purchased from us, we will gladly accept your returned items for exchange with any other products on the website. However, we suggest that you do a patch test of the product on the most sensitive part of your hand and if it doesn't suit you, get in touch with us for a return/exchange within 14 days from the date of purchase, only if the product is unused. Personal care products are not eligible for pick-up service.
We will issue a credit voucher with lifetime validity against the returned item(s), which can be used for your future purchases.
